CANVAS
The canvas is manufactured from PVC 950g/m2 with a series of reinforcements which dependent upon the requirements of the works can be made of galvanised steel in different diameters or in ‘composite’ material made of fibreglass or polyester manufactured by Pultrusion. This material has extraordinary resistance to breaking (even with violent impacts from moving vehicles) and great flexibility which is why it can be bent forcibly without permanent deformations. Rubber caps are mounted on the end of each bar to prevent wear from friction and noise. Wind bars only applicable to folding doors as standard. Rolling doors have a series of smaller transversal reinforcements to help provide resistance to air currents. The bag housing the resistive safety edge is supplied with yellow and black stripes for greater visibility of the transit area. Up to 3 rows of vision windows if required as standard
STRUCTURE
Standard doors are manufactured from galvanised steel varying in thickness according to the application. Reinforced sheet metal is fitted to the insides of the guides and the platform to withstand impacts without causing deformations. Doors can be painted with polyurethane paint of two highly resistant and durable components.
MOTOR & CONTROL PANEL
Self-locking reducer motor with integrated positional mechanical switches that are pre-set and tested for intensive use. Electro-brake for exact positioning and locking the canvas. Manual release of the electro-brake using a pull handle. Manual opening in the event of a power failure via a crank or chain depending upon model, on foot, from floor. Control panels are controlled by programmable automation, configured with a specific algorithm for this type of actioning. Specialist configurations for activation are available on request.
