PVC strip curtains are made to measure and often installed together with roller shutter doors or insulated roller shutter doors to achieve the best thermal performance.PVC strip curtains are highly efficient and reliable.

QUALITY AND STRENGHT

PVC curtains are used in warehouse environments because they are durable and hardwearing. The thickness, width and overlap of the curtain are applied depending on the intended use, if the curtain is used for personnel area, lighter PVC strip curtains are applied whilst for high traffic area for vehicles or forklift trucks a thicker PVC strip curtains around 5mm would be applied.PVC strip curtains can be hung using either the fixed or sliding mechanism to make them a highly effective partition solution.

Blackout Curtains have all the benefits of our standard PVC Curtains , they are completely opaque and available in black, red, blue and white as standard. We can also offer a custom colour matching service if required (Minimum order 250 kg). Although they are most commonly used in the poultry industry, these made-to-order curtains have also been used for a variety of other purposes.

Although our PVC curtains are designed to allow easy passage through them, there are times when you will want to slide your curtains out of the way to allow access for large or delicate objects. In these circumstances our unique sliding plastic strip curtains are ideal. They are designed to collapse into the side of a doorway opening in a similar way to vertical window blinds. This makes them ideal for rooms with limited clearance either side of the doorway, or for room dividers and partitions. Our sliding curtains facilitate unrestricted traffic flow, without the risk of damage to the curtains or to the loads passing through.

Our Freezer grade PVC has been designed specifically for use in deep freeze environments making it ideal for use in cold stores, chilled areas, refrigerated vehicles and freezer rooms. Normal PVC will start to go brittle at about -10C, but our freezer grade PVC will stay flexible down to a staggering -40c due to an additional 'deep freeze' plasticiser which is added during the manufacturing process.

Available in standard or Polar grade, our double-ribbed PVC strips curtains are ideal for doorways and loading bays with heavy industrial use from fork-lift truck traffic and similar machinery. Our robust ribbed PVC - also known as 'bumper strip' or 'anti-scratch PVC' - has been designed to withstand the repeated impact of fork lift trucks and similar equipment minimising damage to the PVC strip and helping to maintain clarity and light transmission. Our fork lift truck curtains are an economical solution to protect people and goods from adverse environmental conditions and to segregate areas. They are easy to install and with all the insulating qualities - and other benefits - of our standard PVC, they can help save hundreds of pounds in energy costs each year.
